Summary: Game crash after character creation (Character naming screen) I have been playing bannerlord 1.7.2 for hours with minimal disruptions but now that I've updated to 1.8.0, the game refuses to work at all. After deleting my 1.7.2 save, under the assumption that it wouldn't work anyways, I began to create a new character.
Mount & Blade II: Bannerlord is a strategy/action role-playing game. The fundamental gameplay premise is the same as previous entries in the series: the player builds up a party of soldiers and performs quests on an overhead campaign map, with battles being played out on battlefields that allow the player to personally engage in combat You don't have to do any of the story quests in campaign if you don't want to, nothing else changes. You guys should stop lying and saying sandbox is good for anything, it's a joke, it's seriously like 2 screens different from campaign and all that changes is you can't rescue your family. I dont know if this is a steam problem or a taleworld problem since i dont know who configurates the steam achievements, but i found out that the Bannerlord achievements can only be unlocked in Campaign mode. You can also choose your starting age. Also you start in your selected culture area. And you don't have any family members. And yes you can still make a kingdom.
